Stock Availability & Lead Time

We maintain a comprehensive ready-stock system for mainstream fast-moving auto parts, with stable inventory available for the vast majority of standard part numbers. Once your order is confirmed, in-stock items can be prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days to efficiently support your regular restocking and urgent replenishment needs.

For non-stock items, customised products or large bulk orders, the standard lead time is 15–30 working days. Longer lead times may apply for orders involving special manufacturing processes or large-volume procurement. We will fully communicate and confirm the estimated delivery timeline with you before order confirmation to ensure complete transparency.

For orders with extended lead times, we assign a dedicated contact to track the entire production and preparation process. We send regular progress updates at key milestones — including production status, QC results and dispatch arrangements — proactively keeping you informed without the need for follow-up enquiries. This full visibility eliminates uncertainty and gives you complete peace of mind over delivery.
